Mr. Enriquez is currently the IntegrITS Facility Security Officer and Information Security Officer. He has over 31 years of experience in systems engineering support, test team supervision and program management/implementation.
Nick has been with IntegrITS since 2000. As a Senior Systems Engineer, he was responsible for the technical rigor of the full life cycle of combat systems test and evaluation, software integration, research and development, data reduction and analysis, simulation integration and interoperability testing. He was the team lead in the development of test procedures and test scripts using Automated Test and Retest (ATRT) for the Next Generation Simulation (NGS) Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Verification and Validation Accreditation (VV&A) effort.
He was also responsible for reviewing, developing and executing Combat Systems Test (CST) documentation for the CV/CVN and LHD CSTs including the Navy’s latest, USS Gerald Ford (CVN-78), conducted at both NSWC Dahlgren Division and Wallops Island, VA. In his current role as FSO, Nick, provides refresher security briefings, annual security training and ensures that cleared employees are aware of their responsibilities for reporting pertinent information to the FSO as required. He also provides the employees with current cybersecurity vulnerabilities and guidance on cybersecurity protections when using social networking platforms.
Nick was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for superior performance while stationed at NOSC San Diego and selected as the NOSC Sailor of the Year 1992. He was nominated for 1992 Naval Shore Sailor of the Year while stationed at NCCOSC RDT&E San Diego, CA. He retired from the United States Navy in 1994 after serving 20 years.
Nick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 in Business/Information Systems at Phoenix University in San Diego, CA. He is an active member of NCMS: The Society of Industrial Security Professionals San Diego Chapter 45 and InfraGard California: San Diego Members Alliance.
