Mr. Sosamon has over 26 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) professional services industry.  He started with IntegrITS over 14 years ago at its inception, providing executive leadership and support as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Facility Security Officer (FSO).

As the IntegrITS CAO/FSO, Mr. Sosamon plans, develops, and establishes corporate policies, goals, and operating objectives addressing administration, security and safety. He is responsible for the overall Safety Program, which includes the Emergency Action Plan, Ergonomics Program, Fire Prevention Plan and the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan.  As the corporate FSO, he manages the Corporate Security Program ensuring compliance with all federal security regulations, and supporting personnel through education and assistance with all security and security clearance related matters.

 

Prior to IntegrITS, Mr. Sosamon served 12 years with Litton/PRC (now Northrop Grumman) as Program Manager and Sr. Systems Engineer providing support to the U.S. Navy in the test and evaluation of Naval Warfare Systems. This followed an impressive 20 year U.S. Navy career as an Operations Specialist, where he served in progressively increasing positions of authority and responsibility.    


For the past 12 years, Mr. Sosamon has enjoyed supporting the local Saint Augustine High School Football Team, assisting with the stats and chain gang.   He’s an avid golfer and generously supports various charities and fund raisers around San Diego.  Mr. Sosamon and his son Michael enjoy attending San Diego Charger football games, talking strategy for the game and life in general.  It has become a great father-son tradition.  


Mr. Sosamon is an active member of NCMS - The Society of Industrial Security Professionals, and holds a BS Degree in Business Administration and Computers from National University.
