Clarence’s professional career spans over 33 years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience in operational, engineering, and management capacities. Twenty-eight (28) years of this experience has been specific to DoD professional services contracting in roles ranging from Associate Engineer to Chief Executive Officer.

               

Clarence founded Integrits Corporation in January 2000. His business acumen has resulted in the corporation achieving healthy, diversified growth through an uncompromised commitment to customer satisfaction and strong working relationships with government agencies and fellow DoD contractors.  

 

Prior to founding Integrits Corporation, Clarence served 14 years with Litton/PRC Inc. (now Northrop Grumman) in capacities ranging from Associate Engineer to Executive Manager. During his time at Litton/PRC, Clarence also served on the Board of Directors and functioned as a Program Manager for the Integrated Test & Evaluation Cooperative (ITEC), a joint venture (JV) established between Litton/PRC and DRS Technical Services, Inc. Clarence also had organizational responsibility for Litton/PRC’s involvement in the Battle Force Engineering Associates enterprise, a JV of Litton/PRC and Vitro Corporation (now BAE Systems).

 

Clarence serves as a deacon and teacher in his Church and supports a number of worldwide ministries. He enjoys the arts, and recently renewed his personal interests in writing and playing music in his spare time. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Ottawa University and has completed a number of executive business programs at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and the Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
